Army of Me features Björk as the driver of a tanker truck who has a toothache and goes to see a dentist, an anthropomorphic gorilla, who discovers a diamond in her mouth. She takes the diamond and drives to a museum to plant a bomb one of the exhibits, a young man seen in the beginning of the video lying on an altar in a deep sleep. She makes it out of the building just moments before the bomb explodes. After the explosion, she re-enters the building to find the man from the altar. |
