Kanye Omari West is an American musician, film director and fashion designer. West produced work on Jay-Z's album The Blueprint, as well as hit singles for Alicia Keys, Ludacris, and Janet Jackson. 

He has released six studio albums including a collaborative album, two live albums, three video albums, four mixtapes, ninety-one singles, eleven promotional singles and eighty-four music videos. He has sold over 12 million albums and 30 million digital downloads in the United States.
